Legally Binding Infrastructure Code
1. Architectural Agreement
By utilizing our platform or communicating architectural requirements via the Growmore platform, you fundamentally agree to these precise Terms of Operation. These terms operate as the primary contract covering our engineering validation, quoting, and component sourcing operations.
2. Operations Coverage
Growmore Electronics Solutions operates exclusively as an external engineering validation and quotation backbone. We guarantee component parameter matching, BOM verification accuracy, and high-speed quotations. Final manufacturing liabilities remain strictly with the primary EMS provider initiating the run.
3. File Transmission Integrity
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring the compiled PCB Gerbers and BOM matrix formats are inherently free of internal corruption before transmission. Our engineers will flag structural CAD anomalies, but systemic design functionality falls outside our validation mandate.
